**The Opportunity**
Duacare Support Solutions, a compassionate NDIS-registered provider, is urgently seeking dedicated and reliable **Disability Support Workers** to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs. Experience in **mental health support** is highly regarded. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and empowering individuals to live their best lives, this is the role for you.

You’ll be part of a supportive and growing team, providing high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and support (e.g., showering, dressing, hygiene assistance).
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support community access, social activities, and transportation.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and mental health assistance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A valid NDIS Worker Check.
- A current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in **mental health support** is preferred.
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly regarded but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $52.98 per hour
