Receptionist/foh

Great opportunity for work to end the year with an immediate start This job is a contract position with the possibility for extension into the new year. Our client is looking for someone with a bubbly attitude and can fit in easily with a great work ethic.

**The Role**:

- Opportunity to work as an Receptionist in a warm environment
- Financial consultant firm
- Based in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD
- Smart casual attire
- $33 per hour + super pay rate
- Contract until end of year with possibility to extend into the new year or permanent contract

**Key Details**:

- Monday to Friday 7.00am - 4.00pm (slightly negotiable)
- Unlimited working rights accepted
- No vax mandates
- Role will be 100% office based
- Car parking provided and street parking nearby
- Experience as Receptionist or Front of House highly regarded

**Looking For**:

- Someone who can take care of the people, clients, staff and visitors
- Someone who can create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors
- Great attention to detail and quick learner
- Sound computer literacy including Microsoft Suite
- Client focussed superstar with a bright and enthusiastic attitude
- Airlines and travel industry knowledge or experience highly regarded

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone and redirecting messages to relevant consultant
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Gatekeeping to protect the Financial Planners etc.
- General kitchen tidying and duties
- Providing tea and coffee for visitors and clients
- Ad-hoc duties where required
