We are searching for a passionate Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join the wonderful team at Only About Children Highett This campus is a double-story building located right next to Highett train station. Picture lots of natural light, open learning environments, and large outdoor spaces for children to explore and learn in everyday.
Our Director Allana has an amazing approach to ensure all the children, families, and teams are supported, safe, welcomed, and valued in the Oac Highett community.
This role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
- Inspiring children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Mentoring a team of educators through educational guidance
- Creating meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for children
- Planning and programming with support from the Oac Grow Curriculum and EYLF
- Ongoing records of the children's development
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices.
