Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an experienced customer service representative based in Springvale.

**About you**:Highly energetic individual who loves to work in a fast-paced environment, taking every day as a challenge.

**About the role**:
Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.

Provide timely feedback to internal/external customers' inquiries and requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Process customer orders into the SAP system
- Arrange for timely delivery
- Provide support and analysis to Operations Manager
- Process timely invoices
- Ensure timely billing before every month end
- Assist finance account receivable team to clear invoice disputations
- Provide excellence in end-to-end service delivery
- Adhoc Administration

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Strong customer service experience
- High attention to detail
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Strong Administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
