**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Welcoming clients with warmth and assisting with their needs.
- Ensuring smooth operations through accurate data entry.
- Supporting online order processing, dispatch, and logistics.
- Providing general administrative support and handling ad-hoc duties.

**What You Bring**:

- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

**Working Hours**: Available for 30-40 hours per week with flexible timing, including occasional availability on Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $24.63 - $32.00 per hour
