System Analyst - Personal Lending

**About the role**

Specifically, this will include:

- Leading the introduction of a new personal lending origination platform for People First Bank.
- Advocating for the features of new platforms by recommending optimisations and new features for the personal lending platform.
- Directly configuring the platform and supporting releases.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions.
- Partnering with lending project teams and service providers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Working closely with the Product Origination team to ensure quality assurance and proper operationalisation of project outcomes.
- Acting as an escalation point for platform incidents

**About You**:
Although not essential, we are ideally seeking:

- Familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM) technologies.
- Background in customer-owned financial institutions.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with Data Action Symtrix, Simpology, or Backbase platforms.
- Familiarity with DocuSign and DocuSign Gen for Salesforce.
