Real Estate Salesperson

David Deane Real Estate at Strathpine (Established since 1979) is expanding their sales team. It is an exciting opportunity to continue and grow your career in Real Estate by having the security of working with a top performer.

**The Role**

You will be a stand-alone Sales Agent (with a demonstrated minimum experience of 5 years) responsible for listings and generate new business, with a remuneration package to reflect this. You will take ownership in the role and accountability.
- 6 days per week in a fast-paced environment (with a rostered day(s) off schedule over a six week period)
- Regular communication with our buyers and sellers
- Lead generation & prospecting
- Attending building inspections, bank valuations & open homes
- Preparation of marketing, CMA’s and REIQ forms
- Achieve and report to Director on KPI’s

**Skills & Experience**

Previous real estate sales experience is **essential** (demonstrate minimum experience of 5 years). You must hold a current Real Estate Certificate and current Driver’s License with your own reliable vehicle.

Salary and bonus structure will be determined based on the successful individual. Open to negotiate a “commission only” package that suits both you and us.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Monthly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- STRATHPINE, QLD 4500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
