Join our Community Recovery Services team, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults facing complex mental health challenges. As part of a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated professionals, you will deliver recovery-focused, strengths-based case management to help clients enhance their wellbeing and functionality in the community.

You’ll manage a diverse caseload, working alongside psychiatrists and other specialists to provide high-quality, sustained care that reduces hospital admissions and fosters active engagement in treatment.

Collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with clients, families, and various service providers to ensure the best outcomes.

We seek someone who is committed to professional development and quality initiatives, with the ability to supervise and guide junior staff.
