Talent Focus are one of western Sydney’s premier recruitment agencies. As a result of exciting growth within one of our clients based in North West Sydney, we are looking to recruit an experienced Assembler, ideally with previous exposure to electronics.

**The Organisation**:
This company is proudly Australian owned and operated and has become internationally renowned as a market leader in the manufacturing and supply of custom electronic equipment utilised within the mining industry. They pride themselves on their well-earned reputation for the design and manufacture of high-quality products for their clients over the past 20 years.

**The Position**:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am-3:00pm
- Castle Hill
- Temp-Perm
- $29/hour
- Ready to Interview
- 2x positions available

You will be responsible for a number of roles within the manufacturing and assembly process following instructions, diagrams and written procedures.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Certificate III Electrical or unrestricted electrical licence.
- Previous assembly experience (essential)
- Previous bench-work experience with mechanical assembly and/or electrical wiring
- Previous soldering experience (preferred)
- Need to be able to handle/move 15kg items around in order to attach mechanical components
- Must possess an ability to follow written and verbal instructions and processes
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a good work ethic
- Own reliable transport
- Full (unrestricted) working rights within Australia
