We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of problem solving production issues and driving a culture of continuous improvement and development of our people by working closely with the production teams.

This role is responsible for monitoring, taking corrective action and reporting on all quality and process related issues to ensure continuous improvement. The position will be responsible for conducting tests in accordance with all our company and government requirements.
- Degree in Science, Biochemistry, Food technology or Microbiology.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory, preferably in a food/dairy manufacturing environment
- Experience in process root cause investigation and analysis
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders on Technical and Quality related matters
- Excellent computer literacy

You will need a proactive and positive attitude, be able to build collaborative relationships with your colleagues and external stakeholders. You will take pride and have commitment in delivering high quality work within a deadline conscious environment.
