**Our Client**:
Our client, a leading CPA firm, prides itself on establishing long-term relationships and delivering exceptional accounting services to the Bendigo community, for over 30 years. A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager to work directly with the Partners in running the day-to-day business activities.
**About the role**:
**Reporting to three Partners, you will provide executive support, and more broadly, be responsible for overseeing thirteen team members indirectly and two, directly. Your duties will include but are not limited to.**
- Supervise a small team of administrators and offer reception relief when required.
- Manage ASIC & ATO correspondence, document processing, and lodgements.
- Manage supplier contracts and company memberships, alongside liaising with external providers.
- General finance duties; and debtor reconciliation.
- General HR support; onboarding new employees and assisting in the performance review process where necessary.
- Identify internal improvement opportunities to streamline processes and ensure business practices are current.
- Ad hoc administration support to the Partners.
