**Role Overview**:
As our Approvals Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our pre-approval planning process. Your main tasks will include:

- Pre-approval planning and organization of compulsory documents
- Liaising with clients during the approvals stage
- Working with certifiers and organizing other necessary consultants
- Handing over projects to construction teams

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in approvals coordination, town planning, or a related field
- Drafting experience is a big plus
- Commercial approval experience is a bonus but not compulsory
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A self-driven attitude with a passion for achieving results
