**Supermarket Store Manager **(Altona / Officer / or other Melbourne Metro area)

O2 Supermarket is a fast-growing, independent Supermarket, currently operating several IGA Supermarkets across Victoria.

We are looking for a friendly and experienced grocery store manager to ensure that the grocery area of our supermarket is well-maintained and running efficiently.

Your task as a store manager include:

- Managing the store’s financial performance and coordinating and directing all store activities
- Monitoring a store’s sales figures
- Improve profit and attain sales target of the supermarket
- Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
- Producing periodic reports tracking performance indicators
- Selecting and training up store personnel
- Motivating and incentivizing sales staff through effective policies and initiatives
- Effectively managing inventory and stock replenishment
- Ensuring that the store is always kept clean, tidy and orderly
- Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate
- Complete all the operational requirements of the store
- Appraise, monitor, and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members
- At least 1 year of Managerial experience in supermarket retail
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate cordially with clients
- Possess management proficiency
- Ability to plan and execute strategic sales processes
- Ability to deliver result copiously
- Ability to manage other staff members
- Possess excellent specific market knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to multitask.

Schedule:

- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Weekend shifts

**Remuneration**:
$70,000 + (Bonus when KPI reached)
