Challenger is seeking enthusiastic and results driven casual in-home cleaners to join our team in the East Brisbane area. In this hands on role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award winning standards and our client needs. We are looking for people with a real desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO?**
- Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best experience to the residents and visitors
- Ensure that homes are kept clean and hygienic, considering the participants needs and preferences
- Be able to perform household cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces and emptying bins, etc.
- Adhering to all company safety and hazards policies, to maintain a safe workplace environment
- Make a real difference to the quality of life for those in need

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**
- Be passionate about providing support for people with disabilities and the elderly
- Be located in the East Brisbane area
- Professional Cleaning Experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Monday to Friday availability - No Weekends or Public Holidays
- Flexibility to accommodate 8AM - 4PM or 9AM - 5PM Roster
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Own Reliable Vehicle
- Hold or ability to obtain Current National Police Check
- Must provide proof of both COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Status
- Smart Phone and Data Access for Rostering requirements
