Avant Stone is a distributor of high-end building products, offering a range of products such as natural stone slabs, porcelain slabs and tiles. The role is best suited to someone interested in the architectural or design space, who can provide creative input across our sales & marketing efforts. The successful individual will have a "can-do" attitude, a passion for learning, and an energetic approach. The role involves: - Developing knowledge of product range and stone industry - Assisting in social media marketing. - Attending to customers in the showroom. - Managing sales order processes from customer PO’s, liaising with suppliers, logistics partners. - Managing sample preparation & distribution. What we’re looking for - Background in or passion for Interior Design is preferred but not essential - The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and have great verbal / written communication skills. - Ability to learn and understand product range, ability to appropriately inform enquiries using learned information. - 1-3 years Experience in sales support or customer service - Ability to work Saturday. - Impeccable organisation skills.
