We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Worker to join our fantastic team located in Nar Nar Goon North on a permanent part-time basis working 22.8 hours a week.

**The Role**

Directly accountable to the Team Leader-Works Program, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall upkeep of the Maryknoll TC buildings and grounds including general maintenance and repairs of the property grounds, building and equipment.

**Who we're looking for**

**The person we're looking for will have**:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential setting
- Effective time management and control over specific duties and activities
- Ability to handle and repair equipment used in maintenance
- Excellent working knowledge of a wide range of machinery and tools relevant to tasks required
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or extensive experience in a comparable role
