**We are looking for Support Workers to meet the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse clients who live with a range of age and disability related conditions primarily in areas of the inner East and North East of Melbourne.**

**What You'll be Doing**
- Personal Care
- House Cleaning
- Shopping
- Attending appointments
- Respite Care
- Meal Preparation
- Reporting client health and wellbeing feedback

**What You'll Need**
- **Minimum** of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Bachelor of Nursing, with accompanying academic transcript;
- Experience assisting with showers preferable, but not essential;
- Current Victorian Driver’s License & own reliable car;
- Bilingual preferable, but not essential;
- A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes;
- A minimum 3 day availability across Mon-Fri;
- A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $37.64 - $82.80 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
