With a successful track record for over 20+ years in business our client’s are responsible for some of Melbourne’s state of the art Electrical and Communications facilities, with a great team committed to the highest of industry standards. Due to their current rapid growth and exceptional customer service they are now looking for an Administration Assistant to be a part of their dynamic team.
- **_ The Role_**
**_ _**
You will be welcomed by a fab warm and friendly team of individuals in brand new, state of the art offices. They are looking for a smart, switched-on kind of a person with a “can-do” attitude. Most importantly you will a valued and respected member of their team. Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm.
You busy day will include:

- Data Entry
- Filing - electronic and paper, scanning, binding etc
- General admin tasks and team support
- Setting up of new jobs and job reports
- Invoicing

**_Key Skills_**
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and CRM
- Ability to work within timelines and under pressure

This is really a lovely role for someone who takes their work seriously and wants to add value to a team and be valued in return. A sense of humour is vital and so is a positive energy.
