**About the role** As a **Supervisor,** you’ll support the store management team to maximise sales, ensure smooth operations, and provide an exceptional in-store experience, all while creating a safe, enjoyable work environment for the team.

You’ll focus on nurturing a customer-first culture, sharing your product knowledge, ensuring workplace safety, and promoting a culture of commitment. You’ll also help build a motivated and high-performing team in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

**Who are we looking for?** We’re seeking someone who loves retail and customer service, works well with the leadership team, has supervisory experience, values communication, and enjoys coaching and developing others.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Passionate about personal growth and team development
- Skilled in coaching to maximise team performance
- Team player who values collaboration
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Proficient in stock management and replenishment
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
