Solar Roffer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install **solar panel systems and mounting hardware** on tiled, metal, and flat roofs
- Read and interpret layout plans to ensure accurate system placement
- Perform safe roof penetrations and ensure all work is properly sealed and weatherproof
- Coordinate with electricians and other team members to support complete system setup
- Use hand and power tools effectively and safely
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site
- Adhere strictly to **OH&S guidelines** and **Working at Heights** safety standards
- Provide mentorship or support to junior team members when needed

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3+ years of experience** as a roofer or solar installer
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - **mandatory**:

- Working at Heights Certificate - **mandatory**:

- Proven experience installing solar systems on various roof types
- Strong understanding of roofing safety practices
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Punctual, team-oriented, and self-motivated
