**The Job**:
Ready to make a real difference while having fun every day? No two days in this role are ever the same, and that’s exactly how we like it As a Buddy Support Worker, you’ll provide tailored support to our clients, helping them reach their goals and achieve independence. While personal care may sometimes be part of the role (assisting with things like bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks), the heart of the job is all about creating a supportive, fun, and empowering environment.

Your day might look like:

**Personal Care Tasks (may be required)**:

- Helping clients with daily personal care routines like bathing, grooming, and dressing, always with respect and dignity.
- Supporting with mobility, eating, and ensuring comfort when needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Comfort with assisting with personal care when needed (don’t worry, full training and support will be provided).

Pay: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Central Coast Gosford, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
