**What will help you to be successful**:
- Proven experience in cafe management, showcasing strong leadership and management abilities.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry, with a focus on exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using cafe management software, point-of-sale systems, and relevant technology.
**What are some of the tasks you will be required to complete?**
- Operations Management: Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Staff Leadership and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
- Customer Experience: Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, address customer feedback, and build relationships with customers and the local community.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies for driving sales growth through promotional campaigns, partnerships, and events.
- Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine the menu, maintain high-quality offerings, and stay updated on industry trends.

**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $20.72 - $25.00 per hour
