Reservations Agent

**Key Tasks**
- Working with guests and property owners to facilitate guest booking enquiries and convert enquiries to sales.
- Liaising with our supply chain of trusted suppliers for efficient business operations.
- Maintaining accurate records for all properties and Holiday Shacks business accounts.
- Invoice management for property owners and guests utilizing our customised property management system.
- Provide support to the Company Director, Operations and Property Managers.
- Working to key guidelines as set out in the Holiday Shacks Hand Book.
- Provide administrative support for our holiday rental practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect and protect our reputation in the Short Term Residential Accommodation industry.
- Manage Guests/customers’ concerns and feedback.
- Training in Property Management tools and Reservations systems provided.
- Working to key guidelines as set out in the Company Handbook and Health and Safety Manual.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and property owners alike as required to elicit 5-star feedback.
- Provide administrative support for our holiday rental practice in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect and protect our reputation in the Short-Term Residential Accommodation industry.
**About You**:

- Microsoft Suite experience is a must.
- You're driven, highly motivated and an efficient organiser.
- You have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solving.
- You have a true passion for helping your clients and getting them on their next holiday, ensuring every part of their trip is unforgettable.
