**-Role Overview**:
**-Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create floral arrangements with a contemporary flair.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill customer orders and maintain high standards of quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure the freshness and quality of flowers.
- Contribute to a welcoming and positive shop atmosphere.
- **Requirements**:

- Must be an _Australian citizen._
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in floristry.
- Genuine passion for flowers and proficiency in all aspects of floristry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, with specific working hours and days to be discussed during the interview process.
- Creative and up-to-date with modern floral design trends.
- Must be customer-oriented and have a strong sense of customer service.
