**Position Overview**

We are looking for a Microsoft Analyst Developer with enthusiasm for delivering great outcomes and passionate about opportunities to learn and further develop their skills. Reporting to the Manager, Database and Development Team, the Analyst Developer is responsible for providing expert technical development, maintenance and support of Business Applications to support the business and operating environment of the Courts.

**Duties**
1. High-level ability in the development of software solutions

3. Analysis of upgrade paths, enhancements and effort estimates
4. Coordination of changes with relevant test, security, development, vendor and other teams
5. Adhere to the Court's change management, security, release, maintenance policies and procedure including ITIL framework.

**Selection Criteria**
1. Experience as a senior.net developer with demonstrated skills in:

b. Creating Asp.net web API’s and integration services
c. Experience working with databases, in particular Microsoft SQL Server
d. Dynamics 365
e. (Desirable) Knowledge in the following technologies
i. SharePoint, SharePoint Online
ii. Azure Development
iii. Oracle PL/SQL Development
2. Strong ability to understand new technologies and complex technical environments.
3. High-level ability in designing robust, practical and supportable solutions.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to meet business and technical objectives.
5. The IT Division is geographically dispersed and experience in working in such teams is essential.

**Other Requirements**
Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications in IT would be well regarded.
