You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment. - Experience as a Cocktail Bartender - Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production - Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations - Adaptable and able to multi-task - Time management skills - Attention to detail - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication - Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts - Must obtain RSA Certificate About Kisumé: Kisume has redefined Japanese cuisine as we know it.
