We couldn't achive this without CHAMPIONS on the team, right? With monthly sales regularly exceeding $2 million, OzShut is expanding the Residential Sales Division and seeks the BEST of the BEST energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our winning team as a Customer Acquisition Manager.
Being a key player in our sales department, you will work closely with the sales team and play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about customer service and generating new business, we want to hear from you
THE ROLE
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management team to maintain and improve sales strategies
- Basic updating and record keeping using Microsoft 365 and CRM software
- The ability to close sales and understand the mechanics required to do this through excellent sales negotiation;
- Participating in weekly sales meetings with your sales team.
THE APPLICANT
- A proven customer service professional looking to develop their sales skills
- Well spoken and immaculately presented in business attire
- Sales experience well regarded but not essential;
- Ability to adapt, lead and mentor with a proven selling system;
- A team player alongside the Sales Managers;
- Possess current drivers licence, own vehicle and a mobile phone;
- Have or can obtain a Current Police Clearance.
Full comprehensive training will be provided, as well as ongoing support to ensure your contribution allows the company to excel well beyond department KPI objectives and continue the OzShut WINING team culture
THE OFFER
- Casual contract with full time hours to commence (View to full time within 6 months)
- Market leading Income, OTE $75k+
- Superannuation paid on top;
