**About the role**:
A Generalist role within the Procurement function. Your responsibility is to support in all aspects of procurement for Sime Darby Motors Australia. This role is for a fixed term of 10 months with a possibility of permanent placement. In this role you will also work closely with operating entities to add value to procurement processes and supplier relationships for ultimate benefits of the Sime Darby Group.

**Roles and responsibilities will include**:

- Provide efficient and effective administrative support by undertaking activities associated with Procurement and Contract Administration.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support team members such as filing, records management, asset management, as required.
- Support and undertake new vendor requests by reviewing and providing guidance to the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of achieving and sustaining customer satisfaction
- Support the prep and management specifications and tender processes for low and medium procurement
- Other ADHOC procurement related tasks as needed.
