As our team and clientele grow, we’re looking for a confident and organised Part-Time Receptionist/Salon Coordinator to help us keep everything running smoothly.

**About the Role**:
We’re seeking someone who is people focused, detail oriented, and thrives in a creative environment. As the first point of contact for our guests you’ll set the tone for their experience at Willomina. You'll support our stylists and ensure the salon runs efficiently. Salon experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED.

You will be working with an incredible team that work together so well.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process
- Schedule and manage appointments using our booking software
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area

**We’re Looking For Someone Who Is**:

- Friendly, reliable and organised
- open to learning salon software
- Proactive, with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask
- experience in a salon is a bonus, but not essential

**Position Details**:

- Part-time role: one
- two days per week. (Open to negotiation)
- Award rates apply, with room to grow for the right person
- Start date: ASAP
