We are seeking to project support officers to be engaged to support the AI in the Government Taskforce.

For this role you will need to be ;
- Experienced in preparing high-quality project management documents in alignment with best practices.
- Possess effective negotiation and communication skills
- Able to support internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Essential to the role. will be your strong analytical skills, problem-solving solving and organizational skills which will enable you to manage competing priorities
- Be a responsive, team player who provides exceptional administrative and project support to a high-profile project team.

**Essential criteria**

1. Demonstrate an ability to manage and support the development of project artefacts, including schedules, deliverables, risks and issues in tight timeframes.

2. Extensive experience in drafting and preparation of briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for reporting to Senior Executives in government.

3. Demonstrate an ability to be collaborative and connected, form productive working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

4. Relevant qualifications in project support.
