**Your Role**

As a Generalist Counsellor, you’ll make a tangible difference in the lives of clients, helping them achieve autonomy and independence. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you’ll provide counselling and care planning to support mental health, social wellbeing, and stronger relationships.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver evidence-based counselling for diverse needs, including mental health challenges, trauma, and relationship concerns.
- Conduct assessments, provide tailored interventions, and ensure thorough risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
- Contribute to team meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling with relevant registration.
- Experience: At least 2 years in counselling, including trauma and complex health cases.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills with a commitment to culturally responsive care.
