Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is the first level of the Victorian court system and is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria. It has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 locations, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the role**
The CISP Case Manger is an integral role that provides case management support utilising a client-centred and problem-solving approach to people on bail with a range of complex needs who are participating in the CISP program to engage with their rehabilitation and achieve positive behavioural change. To do this, you will:
- ; Engage with clients through assessment and treatment planning to develop a person-centred individual support plan.
- ; Possess knowledge of the safe and effective delivery of evidence
- informed interventions and an ability to assess and manage risks to the client and others
People participating in the CISP program may present with a range of complex needs including mental illness and/or cognitive impairment, alcohol and substance issues, homelessness, family violence, and/or limited social supports to achieve recovery and/or stabilisation of their condition.

**About You**
- ; Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level; degree level highly desirable)
- ; Relevant to case management practice with forensic clients, such as social work, psychology, welfare, drug and alcohol or another related field, and/or relevant experience.
- ; Demonstrated capacity or experience in case management of clients presenting with complex needs, with well-developed knowledge and/or relevant experience in at least one of the following speciality areas: mental health, acquired brain injury, disability, alcohol and substance use, family violence, or homelessness (highly desirable)
- ; Detailed knowledge of the mental health and/or disability service system
- ; demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- ; Sound knowledge of evidenced
- informed practice models and frameworks for working with clients with complex family violence, disability, mental health and/or AOD needs
- ; Excellent case formulation and written communication skills
