Nestled in the leafy heart of Warrandyte, Field Day is less of a cafe, and more a sunlit respite. The word the comes to our customer's mind when they walk in is "warmth". We serve specialty coffee and seasonal bites, all curated from a compact kitchen space built for simplicity and care. We are committed to our community and prioritise people above all else.

We have been open 4 months now and have already featured in The Age's Good Food, Broadsheet, have an upcoming article in Yarra Magazine and will be on Channel Nine's Postcards in mid-August. There has been so much excitement around our little project, and we could not be more proud. But now we need the hospitality dream team to come onboard and help us take things to the next level

We are currently recruiting across kitchen, barista, and FOH positions. Whether you're a kitchen pro who loves systems, a barista with flair, or someone obsessed with guest experiences - if you are drawn to a lifestyle by the stunning Birrarung, creative food, and a human-centred team, we want to hear from you.

Positions available:

- Kitchen Supervisior - drive the menu with the owners, establish strong systems and processes, R&D, ordering, and recipe prep.
- Barista - craft specialty drinks, assist with development of recipes, and maintain coffee bar section.
- FOH/All Rounder - engage with our wonderful community, support service flow, and elevate the Field Day experience.
