**The role**
This role is responsible for an impartial review of suspicious or complex claims to determine the need for fraudulent investigations. Your main duties and responsibilities may include.
- Review complex or suspicious cases and prepare intelligence briefings for use by Investigators at the commencement of their investigation.
- Carry out a full review on claims identified as fraudulent or non-genuine by carrying out the intelligence process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claim such as assessors, investigators, builders, third party drivers, relevant businesses, witnesses, other insurers and clients when reviewing the claim and consider privacy and legal requirements.
- Report fraud trends and patterns identified through referrals to the Intelligence Analysts.

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Tertiary level qualification in intelligence, data analytics or justice studies, preferred.
- Experience in a similar investigations or intelligence role within insurance and/or financial services, strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and build professional resilience.
