**Junior Sales & Admin Assistant**
We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic **Junior Sales & Admin Assistant** to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start or build a career in sales, admin, and customer support.

You'll help process orders, respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotes, assist with admin tasks, and support the warehouse team with outgoing stock.

An interest in home building or renovating is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and invoices
- Support day-to-day admin duties and data entry
- Work with the warehouse team on dispatch and stock
- Use Shopify and CRM systems to manage customer details and sales

What We’re Looking For:

- Well-organised and reliable
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using Shopify and CRM software
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Shopify: 1 year (preferred)
