At Code Black Coffee, we believe that good coffee is for everyone. But it is not just about the coffee, it is about the whole experience.
We are looking for sassy and vibrant Front of House professionals to join our amazing team at our busy SOUTH MELBOURNE cafe.
We are calling all self-proclaimed foodies who are passionate about the hospitality industry, and who are experienced in delivering modern Australian brunch-style food.
If you think you are a superstar Server/Waitperson and a real gun on the floor, then we want you
- Personalised service to each customer - be able to read your customers and respond accordingly
- Strong knowledge and interest in great coffee and food
- A desire to work in a professional, structured, and fun environment with plenty of laughs
- Energy, focus, passion and drive, and the ability to tackle a hectic service with calm and confidence
- Ability to communicate clearly, politely, and effectively with others (fluent English is a must)
We would ideally like someone who wants to grow and develop with a supportive and dynamic company over the long term. At Code Black we work hard, we have fun, and we are proud of what we do.
Hours: 38 hours over 5 days a week (weekends included)
Location: Coventry St, South Melbourne
Requirements: at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, and your current Victorian RSA
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week
**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Penalty rates
