**The role**
Crown Spa situated within Towers Perth offers a luxurious haven that provides the highest level of indulgence to our guests. Crown Spa caters to any guest’s health and wellness needs from premium beauty treatments and sumptuous treatment rooms to a fitness centre with leading edge equipment and world-class pool facilities like no other.
As our **Spa Attendant **your duties will involve ensuring that all treatment rooms and spa areas are clean and tidy at all times. As the Crown Spa is a consistently busy environment, strong time management is essential as you will need to be in and out of treatment rooms for set up and pack down in a timely manner. As you will be walking through the Spa areas, you will also need to deliver exceptional service to our clients and be able assist with any queries.
Additional duties include:
- Setting up and maintaining our Spa Treatment rooms to ensure they are set up for the next appointment
- Organising amenities and ensuring towels are available for every treatment room
- Maintaining all Spa areas to ensure they are neat and tidy
- Tracking the Spa schedule in terms of appointments and room allocations
- Greeting guests and clients and ensuring they receive a warm welcome
- Consistent communication with the team ensuring a smooth transition process from one appointment to the next
**About you**
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous experience in a similar position in a Hotel or Spa Environment
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multi task
- Strong attention to detail and productive time management skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotational roster
