**Position overview**
This position is responsible for the management of our clients’ products and materials. Liaise with customers, contractors and administration, liaise with staff, help with inventory control and provide assistance with the preparation of processes and procedural controls. Full onsite training provided.

**Position responsibilities**
- Pick and pack orders
- Stock and inventory control
- Purchasing and receiving
- Administration functions
- Customer Service
- Assist in conducting monthly stock take
- Replenishment of Stock when required
- Adherence to the procedures and processes to maintain standards in running of the business
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Other duties related to warehouse activity both externally and internally as required

**Qualifications**
- Forklift license

**Skills**
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer Service Driven
- Good attention to detail
- Pronto experience desired but not mandatory.
- IT & Telecommunication warehouse experience is beneficial.
