**About this role**
We’re looking for a qualified Outbound Administration Clerk to facilitate the delivery of internal and external brand experiences through the effective and efficient running of warehouse operations.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage outbound bookings with transport providers and suppliers
- Prepare international shipping documents and co-ordinate pick-ups with forwarding agents as required
- Co-ordinate and print product labels as required for outbound international/ interstate deliveries as required
- Maintain outbound/inbound pallet registry in accordance with company requirements
- Administer and maintain outbound inter-company transfer process in inventory systems and ensure all outstanding T/O’s are audited weekly
- Liaise with Client operations and concierge services regarding delivery or service issues and action accordingly to resolve
- Maintain Outbound KPI scorecard in accordance with business requirements
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Hold a current Forklift License.
- High Reach experienced.
- Demonstrate “Manual Handling” experience.
- Support Company’s objective of zero harm
- Comply with all workplace health and safety guidelines
