**Chiropractic Life Merri-Bek** is a growing and busy family practice that is passionate about making a difference to the health of the community.

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Chiropractic Assistant** to join our team on a casual basis (10-15+ hours per week). Monday-Friday availability is essential, with shifts spanning mornings (8.00am-12.30pm) and evenings (2.00pm -7.30pm).

Key responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant include:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractor ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills
- High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
