As a Casual Team Member, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience at Entertainment Park. Your cheerful and customer-focused attitude will be crucial in providing exceptional service to all visitors. You will have the opportunity to work in various departments of the park. Flexibility is key, as you will be working on a casual basis, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Assist guests in purchasing tickets, providing accurate information about the venue and its activities.
- Operate games, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests
- Serve refreshments and food items, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food handling protocols
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the park
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and yourself

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and some lifting
