We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, well-organised, and vibrant person to play a key supportive role in our team.

Our home care services include companion, personal, nursing, respite, transportation, aged, disability, transitional, 24 hour, and palliative care.

Previous experience in our industry is not essential but having a genuine interest in positively contributing to our company culture as well as developing your career in administration or our industry is. We are looking for someone who is going to be excited to learn new things, will be able to think on their feet, will be proactive, and is not afraid to use their initiative.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- **Reception duties** - Give our visitors and clients a wonderful first impression by managing the central phone system, directing calls, taking messages, and welcoming guests.
- **Administration duties** - Providing support to various departments, and project teams as required such as formatting documents/proposals, filing, project scheduling, client liaison, invoicing, archiving, data entry, managing office supplies, and logistics.

- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required
