Play a key role in supporting teams and senior administrators through a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This self-managed role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to business initiatives with guidance. **The Opportunity**
- Coordinating travel, meetings, events, and logistics for teams and projects.
- Supporting commercial activities such as invoicing, expense transfers, and supplier payments.
- Assisting with staff onboarding/offboarding, training approvals, and appraisal setup.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal queries and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
**Is this role right for you?**
- Strong experience in administration within a consulting or engineering environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and document formatting using Arup templates.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities, with high attention to detail.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with Arup systems and a willingness to learn and share best practices.
