We have an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to be part of one of the top 20 coolest retail companies in our Hornsby Store. Focus is on improving the in-store experience, you will provide clear direction to team members, drive team engagement and ensure we are number one. **What does a normal day in the life of a Assistant Store Manager look like?**
- Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
- Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting on driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Maintain stock management/Inventory control

**What do we need from you?**
- Previous experience in a retail management environment
- A strong understanding of technical challenges
- Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- A highly driven, self-motivated approach
- Required to work weekends
- Strong ability in selling
- High attention to detail and well organised
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
- Enjoy and thrive in Multi-tasking and problem Solving
