Perth Kids Clinic is a busy, growing clinic with several Paediatricians in South Perth. A friendly suburb and team, easily accessible via the freeway and public transport.

Essential requirements include:

- Experience with one or more medical programmes.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills commensurate to a busy and demanding job.
- Basic working knowledge of Medicare items and some medical terminology,
- Police clearance and Working with Children card would be required as you would be working with children and families.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Clinic organisation tasks such as opening the clinic, preparing the consulting rooms and waiting room for the day, checking referrals and necessary documents.
- Answering and returning phone calls and queries.
- Invoicing patients and making appointments.
- Scanning documents and attaching documents to patients electronic record.
- Liaise with other clinics when necessary, assisting Paediatricians, and Practice Manager as required.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Remuneration based on experience. Hours/days to be discussed

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
