This role is responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of Capral's paintline facilities to exceed business objectives in the development of worlds-best manufacturing practices.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- maintain and control ordering of all powder supplies to meet operational requirements.
- monitor cross plant incoming feed materials for painting.
- release and schedule work for paint.
- communicate and track against work targets.
- review work in progress to ensure schedules and targets met.
- monitor and improve customer service ensuring deadlines are met.
- focus on quality improvements and provide a prompt response to customers.
- all other tasks as required of the role.

**Essential**
- Experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrated high levels of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service and outcomes focused.
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously.
