**About the Role**:
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking a Clinical Practice Lead for our Clinical Governance team. This role will be based at our head office in Kenmore with a focus on Wound Care, Falls Prevention and Continence.

This pivotal role within our Seniors Living division supports activities aligned with our strategic direction, legislative/regulatory compliance requirements and may involve tasks such as data analysis, deliver clinical programs and projects as well as analysis of the outcome of audits.

**About You**

**Essential**:

- Passionate about Aged Care and continuous improvement
- Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Aged Care/Community care sector
- Current driver licence
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights - **Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer sponsorship**

**Desirable**:

- Post Graduate qualifications in Wound Care, Falls Prevention, Gerontic Nursing, Quality Assurance or Management
- Intermediate computers skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word as well as AutumnCare, Riskman, Power BI and Sandwai
