Apprenticeships R Us are recruiting for a **1st year spare parts interpreter** in the **Hornsby **area with a nationally recognised retailer.

Spare parts interpreters apprentices will learn how to identify the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive parts, as well as processing and placing customer orders.

**What do Spare Parts Interpreter apprentices do?**
If you have an interest in motor vehicle parts and have good communication and sales skills, this is the career for you As part of your apprenticeship, you will learn how to:

- Communicate with customers
- Identify the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment
- Check databases to identify and locate parts
- Order parts from warehouse and external suppliers

**_As an apprentice, you will receive: _**
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Quality training and mentoring in all aspects of the parts interpreting trade
- Ongoing career support and guidance
- The opportunity to learn from highly skilled, experienced and passionate team

**Essential Requirements**
- An interest in the automotive industry
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
- Fit, reliable and have a desire to learn
- Must have provisional 1 licence
- **Be a Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
