Support Workers required for 24/7 roster with active nights - shifts covering 24/7 as well as 2:1 6hours a day for personal care. Must be able to work unsupervised and be able to think on their feet, with the ability to problem solve and work within the scope of their role and maintain professional boundaries.

High Care - Personal Care, in home support and community access

Reliable workers to work as part of a team, strong communication skills, detailed documentation, open minded, person centred approach.

Essential Skills - Medication administration, Manual Handling, Personal Care, experience in pressure care prevention and management & infection control.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week
