**Your Responsibilities** As a **Nursery Lead Educator**, you will:

- Lead your nursery team in providing quality education and care for children aged birth to two years
- Design and deliver nurturing, developmentally appropriate programs
- Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and children
- Mentor educators to achieve excellence in practice and compliance with EYLF & NQS

**Qualifications**
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (minimum) or actively working towards
- Previous experience in a nursery or infant room setting
- Current QLD Blue Card
- Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Passion for children’s wellbeing, nutrition, and early learning
